Jobs?

Sometimes (or even usually), we hear that who and who at where and where are going for interviews trying to get a job for themselves. And then we ask if we can see their CVs.
Woah! It's jammed with all sorts of stuff, appearing to have packed a punch.

You know how we have been told to include in our CVs as many good things as possible that we've done in the past... Of course, I won't doubt its necessity but is that really the only way to make our CVs (and ourselves) look good? There are lots of people who don't have that many stuff to pack their CVs with.
Represented what and what as what and what, attended what and what at where and where during when and when, held what and what position at where and where, accomplished what and what during when and when... Imagine someone's CV is crammed with this sort of things. Will that definitely flatten their competitors?

I'm not here to talk about CV. I'm talking about trying to get a job among competitors who appear to qualify better. Although it's not like I want to work in my holidays now, I'll definitely have to work someday. And I know, given my personality, I'm not one with all those... glorious achievements to make my CV looks all shiny. Now what?

Sigh... It seems like we have to be outgoing in order just to get ourselves a job. But I believe you agree with me that not everyone enjoys taking part in everything before they step into the working world. So what should those people do? I wonder.
