Last Day, Last Month, 2009

If it was 11pm now, I could add "Last Hour" too. (But let's just leave minute and second alone.)

So... The final day of 2009. What do I say......

Nothing much actually. Not like there's a big change in my life. I'm still a student. I've not graduated yet. My bad habits are still there. My friends are still just that many (or just that little, to be exact). I'm still an introvert (and always will be). I'm still wondering what job I want to do in the future. I'm still single. (Lol.) Lots of things I said I would do but until this day I still haven't done them. I'm still quite lazy. My life is still full of uncertainties, as always.

So many "still"s. So many questions. (The "when"s.) So many problems.

Life...
Sigh......

Though, not everything is "still" the same. At least I've become more mature. (I think.) At least I've become wiser. (I think.) At least I've gained that little tiny bit more experience. At least I've seen the true faces of some of my friends. At least I'm myself, "still". (This is good.) At least I've realized (more deeply) I'm not alone yet pretty lonely at the same time...

So many "at least"s.

Life...
Sigh...... again.

In life, when we have that confidence with us to live on, we'll eventually come to feel the taste of helplessness, after realizing that so many things are out of our control.
So helpless. So powerless. So vulnerable.

Sigh...... again.

Well, optimists might disagree with me though.

Anyway, as I'm typing this, I'm just 3 hours and 7 minutes away from 2010, when the third figure finally changes from "0" to "1".
Welcome to the next decade.
